Due to their harvested nature, certain perishable goods and apothecary items are final sale to ensure the highest quality and safety for all our guests.

Carefully pack your unused items in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they are protected during their journey back to us.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

Once our team inspects the returned goods at the Estate, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
